Compassion Prayer

Lord, my Rock and Redeemer, thank you that you are gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love. Please protect me from bitterness in a difficult relationship. May your grace bring restoration. Please protect me from anger and fill me with your love and compassion. Let me be a vessel filled to overflowing with your love. May you, the God of all grace, who has called me into eternal glory by Christ Jesus, make me holy, strong and filled with peace. To you be glory and honor forever and ever. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.
