Continuous Strength Prayer

Dear Sweet Lord, lift my spirit with Your heavenly presence. Help me to remember our good times and memories instead of dwelling on my sadness. Keep my heart strong and my will steady. Place your hand on me so that I can make it through this upsetting season of my life. I need the peace that passeth all understanding, and I ask you to fill me with continuous strength. In Your name, I pray. Amen.
