God of eternity, as I look around me in the world I see pain, suffering and confusion. Remind me that my future is in eternity with you. One day you will wipe away every tear from every eye. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain. As I long for that day when I will dwell with you, Lord, give me the peace and grace I need to live my life for you.
