Jesus Christ, as I run errands today, let me have Your eyes, oh Christ, to protect me as I am out in public. Anoint my eyes that I may see things as You see them in Heaven, and not operate on autopilot, possibly getting hurt. Wash my eyes in Your Son’s blood so that I can see harm before it gets to me. Protect my eyes from seeing any evil today so my mind can just see You. Let me see You in all things. Let my eyes be fixed on the One who forgave my sins at the cross. In Jesus’s holy name. Amen.
