Dear Heavenly Father, please take hold of me and steady my shaken spirit. I am in pieces and on the verge of falling apart. My days are so filled with things to do that contribute to taking care of others, that I consistently fail to take care of me. I feel like an invisible, shell of a person. I need you to make me whole again. Energize me and create in me a strong spirit. Fill my heart with Your peace and give me an inner joy that brightens my soul. In Your name, I pray. Amen.
