God of the Universe, thank you that every good and perfect gift comes from you, the Father of lights. Bless me with the gift of sleep and relaxation. Your word says that, when I lie down, I do not need to be afraid and that you will give me sweet sleep. Let me sleep peacefully in the shelter of your embrace.
