Guidance Prayer

Name above all Names, thank you that you are the light of the world, guiding my steps on your path. Guide my mind and my thoughts as I study today. Your word says that when I call on you in prayer, you will listen to me. Hear my prayer and fill me with your Spirit so that I can focus and concentrate on the work I have to do. Clear my mind of all distractions and concerns. May your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard my heart and my mind in Christ Jesus. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.
