Healing from the Past Prayer

Heavenly Father, you are the same yesterday today and forever. Thank you for your faithfulness towards us. Lord, I come humbly before you to ask you to heal my mind and heart from past pains and hurts. Mend my broken heart and help me to forgive and let go. I lay down all my frustrations, anxieties, and bad memories; let your love comfort me. May I find peace and hope in my distress. It is in Jesus’ name, I believe and pray, Amen.
