Almighty God, we thank you that you have forgiven our sins through the blood of your beloved Son Jesus Christ, and received us through Your Holy Spirit as members of your body, the church. We ask that your will guide this child throughout their life, that he/she may grow and increase in faith, understanding your goodness and mercy. May we all live in all righteousness under our only Teacher, King, and High Priest, Jesus Christ; and eternally praise and magnify you. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.
