Lord of Unfailing Love, losing a husband is very painful. Starting life over without the person you love the most is challenging, but God, I know that with you, all things are possible. I draw near to you, Lord, and I know that you will draw near to me, according to your word. Look upon other widows and me in the world with kindness. Help us to find love in you alone. Save us from sinking in the pleasures of the world and desires of the flesh. May we place our hope in you always and continue to ask for help from you Lord day and night. In Jesus’ name, I believe and pray, Amen.
