Dear God, please heal my friend, who is struggling with depression. Fill her heart with love and peace, and help her to know how much you love her. Mend her broken heart from all the evil that has been done to her since childhood. Uproot condemnation, shame, and bitterness from her heart and fill it with joy. Shine your light upon her life that she may see the path that you have laid out for her and walk in it. Please help her to find contentment in you alone. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
