Creator God, I thank you that, in Christ, I am a new creation. The old has gone, the new is here. My sin is gone and I have been made righteous. My weakness is gone and I have been given your strength. My shame has gone and I have been given your joy. My chains are gone and my heart has been set free! In your great mercy, you have given me a new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus from the dead. Let my mouth be filled with praise to you. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
