Heavenly Father, thank you that you are great and abundant in power, your understanding is beyond measure. As I keep watch over the souls of the people I pastor, help me to lead with joy and not with groaning, remembering that I will give an account for all those under my care. Lord, bless me and keep me, make your face shine upon me. Turn your face towards me and give me peace. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.
