Lord my Shield, my insomnia is beating me up every night. My mind cannot function correctly, and my resistance to illness is compromised. Due to weariness and health concerns, I come to You to take shelter beneath Your wings. Draw me in close to You; help me feel Your presence and warmth. Please grant me a deep sleep tonight as I rest in Your presence. Amen.
