Most Merciful Father, in the Mighty Name of Your Son Jesus, we anoint with oil and lay hands on our brother who has been diagnosed with cancer. Bring healing and hope to Your servant, for he takes refuge in You. Give his physicians discernment with regard to treatment. Minister to our brother’s body, mind, soul, and spirit. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever, Amen.
