Prayer for Lifting a Divine Judgment
Merciful God, the weight of this judgment is upon us all, and it is more than we can bear! Please, Lord, grant us forgiveness for our sins and iniquities. Be merciful and grant us a reprieve from this judgment from heaven. Please hear our cry of repentance and show us forgiveness according to Your Word. By the intercession of Jesus, I ask that You turn away this judgment. May Your name be feared, for You are holy and Your wrath abides on sinners. Thank You for the mercies in Christ’s gospel. We pray in His name. Amen.
