Sweet and loving Savior, I despise how anxiety and panicking makes me feel because it proves my unbelief. So, Father, help my unbelief. From this day forward, I will not give in to anxiety and panic attacks, but I will trust in You, Lord, with all of my heart, leaning not on my own understanding. I ask for Your Holy Spirit to destroy anxiety in my life. I trust in You, my powerful God, in whom all things are possible. I will be like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved. This I ask in Your holy name. Amen.
