Lord, my Refuge, Your Word tells me that You are my Refuge and Strength. You are ready to help me with any trouble I face, like the stress I am currently fighting. A portion of my anxiety is caused by waiting for Your answers to my prayers. You have said be still and know that I am God, and this is what I am trying to do, but I am weak. Help me, Lord, to cling to You, my Refuge, and Strength. Amen.
