Prayer of Submission
Father of Mercies, I delight myself in and trust You. I commit all my ways to You and give You the desires of my heart. I prayed about my sleeplessness many times before, but I am again before You, desperate for Your intervention. Lord, help me to understand what I need to do or don’t need to do to have the rest I need. Remove the obstacles which are hindering my sleep. Amen.
