Dear loving God, my help comes from You. You keep watch over me and neither slumber nor sleep. I know that You, Lord, are my keeper. Therefore, I refuse to panic and walk in negative energy, such as anxiety. You are by my side. Help me to feel Your watchful presence, loving God. Take my hand. I shall not fear but trust in Your Word, which shall never become empty or be lacking. Father, I know that anxiety, worry and panicking cannot add anything positive to my life, so I confidently trust in Your Word, the Word that gives life. Amen.
