Protection Prayer

Father God, you have opened up doors for me to go to college, and I am grateful for that. But honestly, Father, I am terrified because it is a new place with new people and cultures. I don’t know how to fit in without compromising my values and faith in you. Be my shield and guide, protect me from the temptations that college students go through. Guard my mind and heart, and spread your protection that I may rejoice over you. In Jesus’ name, I believe and pray, Amen.
