Lord Jesus Christ, thank you that you are the same yesterday, today, and forever. You have said that your peace, which transcends all understanding, will guard my heart and my mind in Christ Jesus. Give me your supernatural peace as I sleep tonight. Surround me with your almighty presence. You slept in the middle of a storm because you knew that the storm would be still with one word from you. Speak your might, calming word to the storms in my life and help me to sleep in the midst of them. Watch over me and keep me. In your all-powerful name, Amen.
