Take away My Fear Prayer

Lord, I am all alone and scared tonight. I am afraid of the darkness in this place and the darkness outside. Let this room be filled with Your presence. Through the darkness, let Your light shine inside my soul. Remove all my fear. I know You haven’t given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Please put me at ease, so I am not afraid of things or people I cannot see. Fill me with Your reassurance that You will protect me as I sleep. In Jesus’s name. Amen.
