Oh my God, I cry out to you in my time of trouble. God, you are the Mender of broken hearts, so please heal our hearts and our relationship. God, allow us to forgive and love each other as you love us. I pray that we don’t rely on our own understanding of why this is happening, but let’s trust ourselves. Let us place all our trust in your goodness and your love for us. You have already paved the way for us. Please start over, my God. Amen.
