Creator God, thank you that you are gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love. You have been faithful to watch over and protect me during this day. I ask that you would continue to watch over me throughout the night. You are the God of peace. May you sanctify me completely, and may my whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. You, who called me, are faithful to the end.
