Lord, you have given us a mandate through your word to pray for everyone and all those that are in authority. I come before your throne this day to surrender our political leaders, those serving in offices, to leaders in our homes and churches into your able hands. Help them to become the leaders that you want them to be, and to put you and the needs of the nation first May, they lead the nation and different institutions in a way that pleases you so that we can live peacefully and quietly. In Jesus’ name, I believe and pray, Amen.
